I recently stayed at Comfort Suites for a few days while visiting ULM. The location was perfect, making it easy to get to and from the university. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the night front desk worker, Ced. He even accommodated our room change and placed us on the bottom floor since the elevator was broken. Despite some minor issues with the room, like outdated furniture and worn office chairs, the overall experience was enjoyable. The breakfast, although not exceptional, was decent. And the scrambled eggs could have been better, but the breakfast lady brightened up once engaged in conversation.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even staying late to check us in when we arrived later than expected. a great stay at a reasonable price.

Perfect size queen suite with 2 queen beds and pull out couch, ideal for a family with 2 small kids. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Hot and cold breakfast with decent selection. Gym, business center, and possibly a pool available. Easy to find. Will be our go-to hotel when traveling between FL and TX.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year getaway. It was conveniently located near major attractions and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent customer service. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the comfortable beds in the rooms. After a long day of exploring, it was nice to come back to a cozy bed and get a good night's sleep.
