Nothing that I didn't like.

The room was cozy and perfect for my family of five, complete with enough charging ports for all our devices. Plus, the location was super convenient with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and my meeting. The staff treated us like VIPs, even going the extra mile to get us an available room at their sister company next door.

The food for breakfast could use a little more variety to make it even better.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location, close to North East Mall, made it convenient to explore the great Dallas area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was convenient for shopping, restaurants, and easy access to freeways. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The highlight was definitely the Texas-shaped waffle maker at breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

As young holiday goers, we loved the decent selection of breakfast items and the happy hour at Comfort Suites. The lobby area was pretty nice and the hotel had lots of pillows, a fridge, and a microwave. It had most of the amenities of higher priced chains and was great value for the money.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the breakfast options. There were plenty of choices to satisfy everyone in my family. Additionally, the pool was a great attraction, especially for the kids. Although it was a little cold, it didn't stop them from having a great time. the rooms were comfortable and spacious, perfect for a family of our size. We were pleasantly surprised to find multiple charging ports available for all our devices. Lastly, the hotel's convenient location near the shopping center and LA Fitness was a huge plus for us.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the use of cards with chips for payment. Another downside was the fridge not staying cold.
