The location of this hotel was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the freeway and a quiet atmosphere even in rooms facing the highway. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making my business trip much more pleasant. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of choices and was a great start to the day.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the mattress quality. the mattress in my room was a bit squeaky and the pillow top seemed to have flattened out.

We were heading to Eugene and needed a place to stay overnight. Comfort Suites was conveniently located right next to the I-5, making it a perfect choice for us. The hotel had a great "100% non-smoking" policy, which made our room feel cleaner and smelled better. We were pleasantly surprised by the real continental breakfast they offered - waffles, bagels, egg and sausage sandwiches, eggs, bacon. Our kids especially loved it. The hot tub near the swimming pool was a bonus and added to our overall enjoyable experience.

As backpackers, my family and I had an awesome time at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, giving us directions to nearby restaurants and stores. The breakfast was delicious, especially the egg/cheese omelets, and the breakfast area was well stocked. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful, providing us with extra towels and blankets when we needed them. The swimming pool was perfect for our kids to stay active, and the hot tub was a nice addition. we had a great experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in SW Portland area, which was conveniently located near a great restaurant called Banners in Tigard. The service was great and the staff were very attentive to detail. The rooms had great amenities such as a hot tub, spacious bathroom with a large Jacuzzi, and extra sitting space. Breakfast was included and had plenty of hot and cold options.

All was fine during my stay.

The room was spacious, with a separate living area, providing ample space for relaxation. The hotel was conveniently located near OHSU Hospital and major routes, making it easy to get around. The breakfast selection was great, with daily changes and a variety of international delight coffee creamers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff was amazing, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Although I only stayed for one night, I wished I could have stayed longer. This hotel would be perfect for a multi-day stay for families. the room was clean and had everything I needed for a restful night after a long drive. It was also quiet, despite being near the highway. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

The facilities at the hotel were good, including a nice pool and a delicious breakfast. We especially loved the fact that they patiently waited for us to finish breakfast, even when we arrived late one morning. the hairdryer in our room was also great, and there was plenty of powdered creamer for our in-room coffee.

There were some aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy. Additionally, the front desk staff had difficulty finding my reservation, which resulted in a long and frustrating check-in process.

Best stay ever! the breakfast was amazing, we had delicious egg/cheese omelets and the staff was so helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, we were close to everything we wanted to see and do. Plus, the parking was easy and hassle-free.

Disliked that we were on the second floor and our active three-year-old grandson was crawling back and forth on the floor playing with his truck, but the front desk called us at 8 pm to politely ask us to keep it down as our noise was disturbing someone on the first floor. We wish they had mentioned this when we checked in so we could have requested a first-floor room for our convenience.
