The staff, especially Tracey, is helpful and even called me about a delivered package. Convenient location for a graduation, with friendly and accommodating staff. Modern and stylish rooms, great parking, and a clean property. Appreciated the working fan mode on the AC/heater unit.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites in Spring for a week while visiting family. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room had a nice modern style. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even helping us get rooms next to each other so we could be close to our elderly father. The morning staff was especially helpful, making sure my dad had his early coffee every day. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The lobby areas were spacious and inviting, perfect for catching up with family.

Poor maintenance of pool and appliances in rooms. Unfortunately, the pool was in bad shape with greenish mold and floating debris.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff, especially Amanda at the front desk, were courteous and provided excellent service. The rooms on the first floor were clean and comfortable, and the basic amenities met our needs. Additionally, the location of the hotel near a water park was convenient for our family.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was exceptional. We got so much for what we paid, including spacious and comfortable rooms on the 1st floor. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to many attractions, including a water park, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a variety of options to start our day off right.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. the shower pressure was fantastic and the water got hot right away. the hotel provided a good selection for breakfast, and I enjoyed the cute Texas-shaped waffle maker. the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was convenient, with shopping available across the street. the parking lot had ample space, even for large trucks.

There were some minor inconveniences during my stay. the Wi-Fi on the third floor did not work properly, and the ice machine was also not functioning on that floor.

Spacious rooms, helpful staff, full breakfast. Great location next to water park and botanic garden. Enjoyed the pool. Would come back. #perfect pricing.

The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I appreciated that they helped me find my phone which I had left in the lobby. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
