The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, providing poor customer service. the overall appearance of the hotel was unattractive and there were renovations going on, which made the stay inconvenient.

The bedding was wonderful. The room had a clean and comfortable lounge area, with a surprise bonus of an actual closet. The bathroom had a full length vanity and great water pressure. The hot buffet breakfast was fabulous, with high quality food items and a managers hour that felt like a meal. The staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly, even walking upstairs with me to help with my key card.
