Loved the plush beds, bathrobes, and slippers. The automated shades and stunning views from the 18th floor were a highlight. In-room Nespresso machine made mornings a delight. The Conrad Chicago exceeded our expectations. highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay in a beautifully renovated room which was incredibly comfortable and clean. The hotel had great facilities including a fantastic restaurant and bar with amazing views. The location was convenient, close to many tourist locations in the area, and I found it easy to get around with taxis.

I loved the location of the hotel, right by Michigan Avenue with plenty of shopping. The room was super spacious and had a ton of closet space. Despite a misunderstanding with housekeeping, the staff was warm and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience.

The hotel is centrally located, perfect for families and tourists. Plenty of attractions within walking distance. Comfortable rooms with lovely bathrooms. Excellent gym with plenty of equipment.

Xmas at the Conrad was amazing! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Riverwalk, Navy Pier, and Lake Michigan. The hotel also offered a dog-friendly atmosphere, which was a huge bonus for us. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was the lack of flexibility with late check-out. We were hoping to extend our stay by a few hours, but there were additional charges involved.
