Had a medical emergency and needed a last-minute room change. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel.

The valet Sergio was helpful, even after check-out. The Capital Grille had amazing food, worth the high bill for four people. Looking forward to future stays. Excellent amenities included a spa, steam room, and deep tubs.

I had an enjoyable stay in downtown Indy, with easy access to many great restaurants and bars. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the views from the sitting area of my room were spectacular. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, with a lovely breakfast included in my stay.

Although everything was excellent, the Wi-Fi charge for this high-end hotel was a bit of a letdown.

I recently stayed at Conrad in Indianapolis for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. I was particularly impressed with our valet, Sergio, who kept our car even after we checked out so we could shop at the nearby mall. The wine bar and grill were also top-notch, offering delicious food and drinks. Special mention goes to Ms. Bellary at the front desk who provided exceptional customer service and even gave us a room upgrade. The facilities were beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a stunning pool and spa. I can't wait to stay again!
