My stay at Conrad was due to running the LA Marathon and the location was ideal for its proximity to Dodger Stadium. the hotel boasts a sleek, modern design with attention to detail throughout. the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making the hospitality outstanding. the food at Aqua Viva and San Laurel was delicious, and the room was clean and minimalist with comfortable beds. the views from higher floors were fantastic, especially across the street from the symphony hall.

Can just recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and fantastic location. the modern and minimalist room was immaculately clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. We indulged in the excellent spa and wellness center services, including the incredible massage, and enjoyed the picturesque sun terrace. the service was exceptional, with courteous and professional staff, making us feel like royalty. the upscale restaurant and bar were exceptional, with exquisite food and drinks and a vibrant atmosphere.

One minor inconvenience was that the room service orders could have been plated more attractively, given the high price.

We spent an amazing New Year's Eve at a modern and fancy hotel located in the heart of a clean and beautiful area, just a block away from a stunning symphony hall. the beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed the best showers ever; with different water options. We loved the two on-site restaurants, one of them was amazing and offered great service. the hotel staff was the best! They made us feel at home and were genuinely professional and courteous, always ensuring our stay was great.

Room service could be better for the price charged, as dishes did not meet the expected presentation considering the high price. Unfortunately, the spa was already fully booked, and the parking cost was around $50 per day, which okay, but quite expensive.
