The grounds at Cooper Hotel Conference Center & Spa are stunning, with walking trails and wildlife. The fitness center is exceptional, with a great gym and sauna. Housekeeping was thorough and the staff were friendly. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an exceptional fitness center that had a running track around the machines. The pool was a dream, and we loved the fact that there was a mile-long running path around the hotel grounds. The location was perfect, with plenty of local eateries nearby and easy access to the interstate. The staff was friendly and made us feel safe and welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Dallas Lovefield Airport and the Galleria Mall, making it easy to access for travelers. The room was spotlessly clean, and the beds were super comfy. I had a great night's sleep, which is usually rare for me in new places. The curtains were able to block out the light, making the room nice and dark. Additionally, the hotel was located in a safe and nice area, which was a plus.

One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast. While it was included and had a decent selection, it would have been nice if there was a variation in the options from day to day.

Additionally, the beds were uncomfortable and we ended up sleeping on the couch in the room instead.
