I recently stayed at the Best Western Premier for a family visit. The bed and TV size were perfect, and having a refrigerator in the room was convenient. The midnight staff, especially Ivory, was always at the desk and incredibly helpful. The hotel was well-maintained, and the staff, from Nanette the office manager to the housekeeping team, were wonderful. Nanette went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent, and the laundry room was affordable and convenient. Also, the free airport shuttle was a great bonus. The location was perfect for our needs and everything was clean and nice.

I also loved the indoor swimming pool - it was a great way to relax after a busy day. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was just perfect for our few nights stay. The rooms, fitted with a giant TV and clean pull-out couch with sofa bed, had everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially appreciated the hotel's central location that allowed us to easily access stores, restaurants, and all the activities we wanted to participate in without the hustle and bustle of downtown traffic.

The rooms were great, but the lack of closets to hang our clothes was a bit of a letdown.

The breakfast was a fun experience with waffles and fresh items. The staff, especially the cleaning ladies, were always pleasant and took care of refreshing items. The nearby pizza place was great and just a short walk away. it was a great visit to the city.

The cleanliness of the hotel room was not up to par. The bottom and outside of the toilet were not clean, which was quite off-putting.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The hotel's location was convenient and the staff treated us like VIPs, especially Nanette, the office manager.

Located close to the Iroquois amphitheater, this hotel provides a great location for events and overnight stays. Situated in a lovely area, you'll have access to plenty of restaurants. The hotel's breakfast is delicious and is served by courteous staff. Rooms are well-maintained, offering comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Also, the swimming pool hours until 11 pm are a perk, especially if you have children.

Door knobs in the bathrooms have been known to cause some problems, getting stuck and jammed, which can be frustrating.
