The room was spacious, ideal for families or longer work stays. the firm mattress didn't suit our comfort preferences, impacting sleep quality. Temperature control was inconsistent; the air conditioner created dampness on the floors, making it uncomfortable to walk around in socks. Some maintenance issues were present—one elevator was out of service during our stay. Despite these concerns, the room was clean, and staff were friendly. The proximity to amenities and enjoyable breakfast added to the experience, but overall styling and decor felt outdated. A deeper cleaning around the entrance would enhance the first impression.

Clean and comfy rooms with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a big bathroom. Loved the separate living room for chill time. Great breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage. Close to shops and restaurants. Fitness center looked nice, even if we didn’t use it. The staff was super friendly and the cookies were a sweet touch!

The Crystal Bridges Museum is a must, see. I enjoyed hand, delivering drinks from the mini, fridge and heating up snacks in the microwave. The 12,000, acre park by Beaver Lake is stunning. I also liked the extended network of Choice Hotels for future travels.

I had a fantastic experience exploring the area with so many dining options and stores just a short walk away, including Red Robin, JJ's Grill, and even a Walmart within a few minutes! The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, providing a decent breakfast to start my day exploring nearby attractions like the Museum of Native American History and the Daisy Airgun Museum, both less than 6 km away; however, the overall hotel experience could use some improvements, like better attention to room cleanliness.
