I recently stayed at a hotel near the heart hospital and local restaurants for a few nights. The staff at Country Inn was uniformly helpful and friendly. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was nice and I loved the "lending library" in the lobby. The beds were comfortable and the room, although mid-remodel, was spacious. The property is being upgraded, and while they should finish painting the rooms before guests stay, it was still a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and they even provided towels at the pool. The staff were professional and welcoming, offering a nice welcome coffee and cookies upon check-in.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Austin downtown and local attractions. The service was great with helpful staff and clean rooms. There is a good breakfast and workout room available for guests to enjoy. Some rooms even have a small kitchenette for added convenience.

There was some deferred maintenance in the common areas and some rooms.

The staff were very nice and helpful during my stay. They were accommodating when I needed a quieter room and even gave me a snack bag when I checked in for another night. The included breakfast was a great perk, with a variety of selections to choose from. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, right off the interstate and not far from the university.

There were some concerning incidents during my stay. On multiple occasions, I encountered scary individuals in the parking lot, which made me nervous about the safety of my car.
