Awesome stay! Loved the cheap price and the updated facilities. The staff was super responsive, answering my email before we even landed. The location was also great, with key amenities nearby. The shuttle driver was friendly and the front desk made us feel right at home. The room was nice, the bed comfy, and the shower fantastic!

Disliked a few things, though. The wifi was a bit wonky on my laptop, which was a bummer since I needed it for work.

The location of this hotel was excellent. It was easy to get in and out of, and convenient for everywhere I needed to go. While I did experience some traffic going to Wrigley, everything else was a quick 10-15 minute drive away. As guests with families, this made it much easier for us to explore the city and enjoy our time in Chicago.

We had an issue with our reservation, but the front desk staff at Four Points went above and beyond to fix it and make sure we were comfortable. They even gave us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. The TV was equipped with Netflix, which was a plus. The shuttle to the airport was reliable and convenient. The hotel is also not too far from the Great Lakes Naval Base. My sister came to visit and we enjoyed watching Netflix together and having dinner downstairs. The food was decent. I highly recommend this hotel.
