I picked this hotel for a much-needed stopover on my journey, and what a delightful surprise it was! The staff were so welcoming that I felt as if I was reuniting with old friends rather than meeting strangers at the front desk. They promptly provided coffee in the morning, which was a lifesaver – I would have fought a caffeinated bear for that! My stay was cheerful, making all the highway miles worth it.

the staff were absolutely horrid, laughing at me when I just wanted some help. also, the non-functioning laundry room is just inexcusable. I almost woudl ve been satisfied, but no one bothered to make sure the pool was open for my comfort, which I expected as a guest of such a so-called reputable place. avoid at all costs.
