Excellent Service and Comfortable Stay

The hotel provided exceptional service from the majority of the staff, making our stay very welcoming and comfortable. the room was cozy, the complimentary breakfast had a great variety, and the 24-hour coffee was a nice touch. the pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable amenities. Improvements could be made in ensuring all staff exhibit good people skills and sensitivity towards guests with service animals.

The breakfast, pool, and staff at Country Inn were exceptional. the suite felt like a home away from home, with comfortable beds and clean amenities. the pool and hot tub were well-maintained, and the breakfast exceeded expectations. the exercise room had a variety of equipment available for use, enhancing the overall experience.

i loved the convenience of being across from dutch wonderland! the breakfast was inviting 🥐 and the staff were super helpful. Only downside - wish they had more hot breakfast options.

The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lancaster, provided a quiet and comfortable stay with all the amenities I could expect. The room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom counter and a separate living room and bedroom, perfect for a longer stay. The hotel also offered complimentary high-speed internet access and a hot breakfast buffet, which made the stay even more convenient.

The air conditioning in the disabled/non-smoking room seemed to be drawing in cigarette smoke, which was quite unpleasant. the staff at the front desk during the evening and at check-out were not as friendly as I would have expected.

the breakfast was hearty with plenty of choices for all of us. the pool and spa were clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing. the huge room had a nice table and comfortable beds with fluffy pillows. the location was convenient for shopping and attractions nearby.

The one service that I felt was missing for my work was an on-site business center for last-minute printing and document preparation.

Let me tell you, the breakfast spread here is a true Lancaster legend. From real boiled eggs to individual half and half packs, they catered to my picky eater needs. Janet and Michael at reception were actual gems, making sure my split reservation was seamless. Plus, the proximity to Dutch Wonderland and Tanger Outlets was a major win.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, room was cozy and clean with comfy beds, and the tea/coffee bar was a nice touch with cookies! 🍪 Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub for some relaxation after a long day sightseeing. However, it was a bit crowded in the lobby during breakfast, had to balance plates on our laps - minor inconvenience. Great stay overall, highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the housekeeping was fantastic and even gave our son a bag full of goodies as a parting gift. the hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly, always offering helpful information with a smile. the breakfasts were awesome every morning - nicely laid out with real plates, utensils, cups, and glasses. It was so superb; it was like eating at McDonald's. the indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind after a day of visiting Amish farms, Dutch Wonderland, and Tanger Outlets which are all conveniently close by.

One thing that could be improved is the number of handicap parking spots. the parking lot can get crowded when groups are there, and having more spots available upfront would be beneficial for guests with health conditions.

We stayed at Country Inn for a quick night with our family and were impressed by the spacious and clean rooms. The two queen room with a sofa bed gave our oldest son some privacy, which was a nice touch. The pool and hot tub area was one of the biggest we've seen, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was the best Continental-style we've had, with hot scrambled eggs, grilled potatoes, sausage gravy, and biscuits. The staff was friendly and the location was great, with easy access to restaurants and shopping.

We had a fantastic stay at a very nice hotel! The staff at Country Inn was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our entire visit. The hotel was clean and the amenities were great. The breakfast options were excellent, especially for someone like me who has dietary restrictions. They had real boiled eggs, individual servings of half and half, and even 100% orange juice without added sugar. It was a relief not to feel deprived during breakfast, as I often do at hotels. Another highlight was the personalized service we received from Janet and Michael at the reception. They remembered our split reservation and ensured we had the same room for both nights. It made a great impression in a world that often feels robotic. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with two TVs available. The location was also convenient, close to restaurants and shopping. it was a very pleasant experience.
