Awesome location right off the interstate. Free cookies and coffee anytime! Our room had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, microwave, and a comfy sofa. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff, especially Shanda, were super friendly. The pool and fitness center were clean and inviting. Quick help with hangers too. Very safe and secure environment.

Our stay was fantastic because it was super convenient to explore the city; we found plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and enjoyed a lovely breakfast that was recommended by the friendly staff, plus we were just a short drive from attractions like Spring Lake Park and the Texarkana Museums System, making it easy to take pleasant strolls in the area, and the pool provided a nice relaxation spot after our adventures, but a few minor repairs in the room would enhance the overall experience.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the bed could use an upgrade; it felt lumpy. Temperature control was a bit off as the AC was quite loud, reminiscent of a helicopter. The third-floor location was nice, but I was disappointed that my request for a top floor wasn’t accommodated. I encountered noise from above late into the night. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially Nathan during check-in. Breakfast was a highlight with a variety of options and a nice coffee bar. the shower walls could use better attention during cleaning.

Just a balanced option for a weekend pause in Texarkana with great value. Clean rooms, great breakfast.

The location was super convenient for hitting up the Fairgrounds and catching a horse show at Four States Fair & Rodeo. Plus, we were right by the Perot Theatre for a bit of culture. Lots of fun stuff nearby for us young party animals!

Wish there was a happening nightclub close by for us to dance the night away after our adventures.

The room was a total disappointment—moldy smell as soon as we walked in, and the dirty bathroom was the last straw. It felt unclean and uncomfortable, making our stay far from the relaxing getaway we hoped for. Never again!

The hotel had comfortable rooms and a great breakfast selection. The location was perfect near the highway and Walmart. Staff were friendly and efficient. However, parking was a challenge, not enough handicapped spaces, and a strong pot smell in the lobby. Some maintenance issues in the room, but overall a safe and clean stay.

The area also offered easy access to the Perot Theatre, surrounding kid-friendly eateries, shopping spots, and fun activities for the little ones.

In my wife's opinion, more bath towels for families would be beneficial.

The indoor swimming pool was a great way to relax after a long day of driving, and we enjoyed exploring nearby landmarks like the 1894 Gallery and the Perot Leadership Museum, which added to our family bonding experience.

The room was initially cold, but the thermostat fixed that. The breakfast was delightful with a wide variety of options. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi needed maintenance, but the staff's friendliness made up for it.
