As foreign tourists, we were impressed by the newly renovated property and the cleanliness of the rooms. The front desk staff, including Kathy, Sarah, George, Taylor, and the manager. The housekeeping team was friendly and respectful of our privacy. We appreciated that the hotel offered quiet and soundproof rooms, ensuring a peaceful stay. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including protein, carbs, and fresh fruit. We especially enjoyed the unique waffle/pancake hybrid with strawberries. our stay was pleasant, and the staff made us feel welcome.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the clean and modern rooms at this hotel. the paint was fresh, the plumbing was in great condition, and everything felt new. the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, always willing to assist us in any way they could. the key location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near the I-85, various restaurants, and shopping centers. Additionally, the comfortable beds and fluffy pillows provided a great night's sleep.

Nevertheless, there were a couple of aspects that I did not particularly enjoy during my Christmas stay. the hallway carpet did not meet the quality I expected.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was fair. the location was great, being set off the road and in a convenient spot. the food for breakfast was good, and there were plenty of options to choose from. the comfort and cleanliness of the room were also appreciated, with updated furnishings and a pleasant ambiance.

There were some issues with the room. the smell of smoke from other rooms was noticeable, even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free room.
