The hotel was recently refurbished and it looked really nice. The staff at the front desk, especially Robert, were courteous and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were just right. The pool and jacuzzi were clean. The location was perfect as it was close to Knotts Berry Farm and Medieval Times.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the hotel's location was perfect for visiting Knotts Berry Farm and other attractions. As women travelling alone, we felt safe with the key card access doors.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as there were numerous shops and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, including the best bakery we've ever been to. We also appreciated the ease of check-in and the cleanliness of our room. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including offering us a welcome drink upon arrival. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing.

The location is convenient for those visiting nearby attractions, like Knott’s Berry. Porto's Bakery is directly across the street where you can find delicious food. The view from the room was pretty enough.

The door lock was difficult to use and there was a strong smell in the room. the furniture, especially the sofa/chair, was old and dirty.

The location was convenient for my needs. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The complimentary wifi worked well. The bathroom amenities were provided in convenient wall-mounted pump bottles. The hangers in the closet were plentiful. The coffee from the in-room brewer was surprisingly tasty. Despite the small inconvenience of having to pay for parking, the overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

For the value, we got a great deal on a comfy room with big, fluffy pillows. The location was perfect for sightseeing and the staff treated us like VIPs.

We stayed at Courtyard for my husband's birthday trip to Knott's Berry Farm and Medieval Times. The location was perfect, with both attractions within walking distance. The hotel had recently been refurbished and looked great. The Bistro downstairs and small bar were convenient, and there was even a small store by the front desk. The pool, spa, and firepit were nice, and there were restaurants like Outback and Burger King nearby. we loved our clean room, friendly staff, and the excellent job done by the housekeepers.

This hotel is a great value for money. Its location directly across the street from Porto's Bakery is a huge plus. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and attentive to detail. The rooms are clean, up to date, and even have serving trays. The breakfast is really good.

There's always room for improvement, but all in all, this hotel is a great choice for a stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. the location was perfect for me as it was close to the Knott's Berry Farm amusement park. The convenience of being right near the highway made it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided exceptional service. They went above and beyond when my husband forgot his cell phone charger and lent us one from the back. The room itself was clean, cozy, and had a nice large work space. The sitting area was a nice touch and added to the overall comfort of the room. Lastly, the breakfast options in the diner were delicious and reasonably priced.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I don't have any complaints.
