I was very impressed with the spacious and clean guest room provided by Sonesta Select Atlanta Norcross I-85. The plush bedding and ergonomic chair made my stay extremely comfortable. the on-site mini market was convenient for grabbing snacks and essentials.

Not only did they fail to provide the expected level of customer service, but they also mishandled my deposit, causing a lot of inconvenience.

I recently stayed at Sonesta Select in Atlanta and had a wonderful experience. The hotel provided a private and quiet atmosphere, which was perfect for meeting up with a friend. Its convenient location near the Atlanta airport made it easily accessible. The hotel's beautiful design was evident from the lobby to the fitness room, and the staff delivered exceptional customer service. We celebrated two birthdays during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. We will definitely be returning!

The room was newly renovated, smelled incredible and was super clean. Comfortable beds and separate TV in living area. Nice patio and bistro. On-site bar and Starbucks. Friendly and courteous staff. Plenty of linens and prompt service for extra requests.

The hotel had great amenities, including a gym and a swimming pool. the location was convenient, with easy access to the highway and nearby attractions. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

There were some negatives during my stay. the room wasn't cleaned well, and there was a mildew smell that I had to air out by keeping the window open.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic. It was safe, and there were numerous little stores, convenience stores, fast food places, and restaurants nearby. Secondly, the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From accommodating special requests to providing excellent service at the bar and food station, they truly made us feel valued and appreciated. Lastly, the rooms were very nice and well-presented. They were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a good night's rest.

We had a great stay! the hotel amenities were fantastic and the staff was friendly. the complimentary earbuds and the TV in the fitness room were really thoughtful touches. the location was convenient for the activities we had planned. We loved having a bar on site.

The ice signs could have been clearer. We had some trouble finding the ice machine.
