I recently stayed at Courtyard and had a great experience. The hotel's central location made it convenient for me to explore the city. I was able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and bars, as well as the harbor area. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic stay. The room I stayed in was lovely, cozy, and provided a great night's sleep. Despite being on a higher floor and at the front of the building, it was surprisingly quiet. The historic Boston building added to the charm of the hotel. Additionally, there was a great bar and restaurant at the nearby Lenox Hotel. Symphony Hall was only a short 10-minute walk away, and I found the proximity to the Copley T stop and Boston Public Library very convenient. the location, staff, and amenities made for an excellent stay.

While I can recommend this hotel, I do not have any specific negatives to mention.

Value for money was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, close to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful throughout my stay.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. We were pleased to find our room was much larger than expected. Though there were some issues with the lighting, the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect to explore the Back Bay Area, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Overall recommend!

I had a fantastic stay here. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were a great size. The family staff made check-in and check-out a breeze, and they even offered to make reservations for us and gave excellent directions. They provided extra bedding and cots without any issues. And when we had a problem with one of our rooms, they quickly gave us a new one. The hotel and room were exactly what I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - close to shopping, historical sites, and it was super close to the convention center and the Back Bay Amtrak stop.

I had a fantastic stay at this updated and well-maintained hotel near Copley Square. The modernization was excellent, giving it a boutique hotel feel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and many popular attractions like Symphony Hall and the Museum of Fine Art. The price was extremely reasonable considering the prime location. The staff was very helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Aloe Vera shampoo and conditioner were of high quality, and the hotel's proximity to great bars and restaurants, Lenox Hotel, Symphony Hall, Copley T stop.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel near the Theatre District. The location was perfect, with easy access to the mall at Copley Square, the theatre district, and Boston's most beautiful sites. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and pleasant, providing excellent service. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a Starbucks counter in the lobby. it was a great experience.

The valet parking system at the hotel could be a bit inconvenient at times.
