Fantastic staff made us feel very welcome upon arrival. The immaculately clean room was located away from the elevator, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The hotel boasted a great location near several restaurants and attractions.

My room was spacious and modern with a fantastic bathroom. Despite being sold out, it was quiet and relaxing. The hotel offered great value for money.

I asked for toiletries late one evening and although the front desk promised to bring them up, they never arrived. This was a minor issue, and I still had a great stay overall.

Checked in at 4pm, one room not ready, received smaller room instead. AC stopped working at 3am, uncomfortable. Nice check-out lady offered compensation.

Great service from the front desk staff, especially Carson Perry who provided a friendly greeting upon arrival. The top floor location we requested was accommodated, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants, making it easy to find dining options.

The breakfast service could be improved by having a separate menu for the free/included options, as it can slow down the line when the staff has to explain what is included each time. This caused inconvenience and extra fees for guests who don't have credit cards or easy access to banking facilities.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to fix a reservation issue and ensured that as a military family, we had breakfast included. The shower was also a highlight, providing a refreshing experience. The hotel had great facilities such as a pool and laundry facilities, and the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The food at the Bistro was excellent, and Katrina stood out with her exceptional professionalism, both with customers and training other employees.

Finally, the basic amenities provided were clean and well-maintained, creating a nice and cozy atmosphere. Oh, and let's not forget the breakfast! As a military family, we were delighted to have breakfast included, and it was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.
