I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was professional and courteous, handling a difficult situation with grace. The location was perfect, with a variety of dining and store options within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a nice view of the downtown skyline. The manager, Lamont, provided excellent service. The TV had a personalized greeting with my name on it, and there were multiple entertainment options available.

My room at Courtyard was well-appointed with sleek and curvy furniture, multiple USB ports, a large TV set on a wooden wall mount, and modern light fixtures. The bed was comfortable and I had a restful stay. The location was convenient with ample parking space and close to major highways. I had a private, comfortable and enjoyable stay at Courtyard.

The shower didn't have a door, so I could feel a cool breeze and water would sometimes splash outside. The water temperature in the shower wasn't as hot as expected.

Clean property with helpful staff and great security regulations. Modern rooms with comfortable beds, Italian shower, fridge, microwave, and Netflix on TV. Nice lobby with Starbucks coffee and excellent breakfast offerings. Located in a nice area with spacious and comfortable rooms.

Really appreciated the free parking and the location was great - lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even gave me a complimentary cup of coffee when the cafe had just closed. Despite some minor drawbacks like a lack of wash towels and a shortage of clean ones, overall I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

I wish the pool area at Courtyard was bigger and had a hot tub. It would have been nice to relax by the pool, but it was small and crowded with loud kids.
