Very easy to get to, quiet and safe location. Beautiful river views and large yard with fire pit. Incredibly comfortable beds and clean rooms. Outstanding, gracious, friendly staff.

Nothing to dislike.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the staff were wonderful - friendly, helpful, and always available when I needed them. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the river. Thirdly, the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants just minutes away. Finally, the breakfast included was a great bonus and provided a good start to the day. I was thoroughly impressed.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was incredibly comfortable with soft sheets and pillows. The location was perfect, being near a variety of restaurants and having a nice view of the Kanawha River. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience for me and my kids.

The breakfast option could have been better, perhaps with more variety or healthier choices available.

All was perfect.

We loved the super-nice view from our room and the quiet atmosphere with comfy beds. The hotel was very clean and the customer service provided by Cindy, Bethanie, and Bre was exceptional. The location was great, just a block off the interstate, with easy access to several eateries in the area. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located on the river, allowing for a lovely patio with cushioned chairs and a fire pit.

The location of this hotel was really convenient, right off the exit. It was great being able to see the boats on the river from the back of the hotel. the staff's friendliness and accommodation made my stay more enjoyable.

The power went out during my stay and the room became uncomfortably stuffy. I was also disappointed that the pool, which was listed as available on the website, was actually closed.

We stayed at a hotel that was by the interstate but quiet, close to the mall, and had several eateries nearby. The room had great towels and the shower was large. We were happy with the shuttle that would take us where we wanted to go. The lobby was new and modern with great facilities.

We didn't come across any friendly employees.

Conveniently located off the interstate, this hotel provides easy access to major venues. The room was equipped with modern amenities such as a coffee pot, microwave, and small refrigerator. The lobby's in-progress renovations did not affect cleanliness. Helpful staff and a serene patio with a river view added to the pleasant experience. A Starbucks nearby provides a quick breakfast option.

The room was modern and had all the electronic hookups we needed. The bathroom was nice and clean. The lobby had house computers and a coffee bar with a barista. The hotel is within walking distance to major venues and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was very helpful and the grounds along the river were beautiful. a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect as it is right off the highway and close to many restaurants. The staff is friendly and the rooms have a beautiful view of the river and mountains. Breakfast is included, which is a plus.
