When we arrived at DFW, we were informed that the shuttle wasn't available. However, the hotel reimbursed our taxi ride, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially "Angel," went above and beyond with their care and concern. They provided excellent suggestions for nearby restaurants and even sent the shuttle to drop us off and pick us up. The accommodations were great, and we had a comfortable night's sleep.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Irving for a layover and had a perfect experience. The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best. The air conditioner in the room worked very well, keeping us comfortable throughout the night. The food at the cafe was delicious, and they even had snacks and microwave dinners available after hours. The courtyard area was pleasant with fans and misters, and the room itself had a beautiful modern design. I especially appreciated the excellent service provided by Donovan, the shuttle driver. I would definitely stay here again.

The beds are comfortable and the hotel provides fluffy pillows for a great night's sleep. Plus, breakfast is included, so you can start your day off right without any extra cost.

We had a great stay here. The hotel's location is very convenient with a free airport shuttle. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the Bistro food and drinks. The hotel had a caring and helpful staff who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They matched and beat the room price and held a room for me during a busy event in town. The shuttle drivers were also exceptional, even accommodating a broken-down RV traveler like myself. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The rooms were on the smaller side, but it was suitable for a solo traveler. The noise from planes taking off and landing could occasionally be heard, but it wasn't disruptive enough to cause major discomfort.
