I must say, the staff at the front desk was really welcoming and friendly. They greeted us with a smile and made us feel valued as guests. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient, close to the highway and easy to find. Another advantage was the private patio, which was spacious and provided a lot of seating. It was a great place to relax and unwind.

There were a few things that I was not satisfied with during my stay. the rooms were a bit older and could use some updating.

My room had a private balcony with a great view. The pool and sauna were well maintained. The location was perfect for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. Overall I had a pleasant stay at Courtyard.

This hotel is a great value for money, with clean and updated rooms that have beautiful balcony views. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the location is unique being on the lake.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the room were great. The location was perfect, with everything I needed right next to the hotel. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was noticeable in several areas of the building.

The location, right off of I-90 and close to shopping and restaurants, was perfect for us. Plus, it was conveniently located near a conference center, although it was not in use when we were there. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The Marriott in Erie was in a great area for shopping and dining, with plenty of options nearby. The pool and sauna were wonderful amenities. The staff, including the manager Shawn, were gracious and helpful in resolving any issues. The beds were comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.
