The ice machine on our floor was broken, which was a bit inconvenient considering the hotel was busy during our stay. The breakfast was not complementary with the room, and although it was only an $8.00 up-charge, we opted to try a local restaurant instead.

The hotel also showed understanding and went above and beyond when I had car troubles, comping my room for the evening.
