Location perfect, convenient amenities, comfortable room and bed, helpful staff.

Convenient location near shopping and dining. Unit includes a fridge and coffee maker. Clean and updated rooms with friendly staff. Good exercise facilities onsite. Onsite laundry option is convenient.

We loved how close the hotel was to all the shopping and dining options. The on-site laundry room was a lifesaver during our extended stay. Our room had a fridge and coffee maker which made our mornings easy. we enjoyed our stay.

It was situated close to my meetings and conveniently surrounded by various dining and shopping options. the room amenities also made my stay even better. My coffee machine was a blessing, and the mini fridge was perfect for storing my flavored creamer. the gym and laundry facilities allowed me to work out and do laundry, all in one place.

The only downside of my stay was that breakfast was only available at certain times, which didn't always fit with my itinerary for the day. Despite this, the location and amenities made my stay comfortable and convenient.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the wedding venue and within walking distance of a mall. The front desk staff were helpful at all times, such as when they upgraded a guest to a suite when their room wasn't ready.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the room was not ready when we arrived, despite our confirmation email stating otherwise.

I was disappointed with the quality/price ratio of the hotel. the separate air conditioner in my room was incredibly noisy, making it difficult to sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard in Lake Jackson. The location was perfect, as it was close to the wedding I attended and within walking distance to the mall. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, no matter the time. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, and I especially appreciated the secure locking doors. The lady at the front desk was also very nice and accommodating.

While there wasn't much variety in the food options, it did not greatly impact my overall experience. Additionally, the view from my room could have been better, as I was facing the air conditioning units instead of the pool nearby.

The breakfast selection was limited and expensive, and the fact that it wasn't available all day was a downside. It would have been nice to have room service as well.
