The location was perfect and the facilities were excellent. The pool was clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing swim. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. I especially appreciated the convenience of being next door to the Polynesian Cultural Centre, which made exploring the area so much easier. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel grounds and our room were clean and orderly. One of the best features was the ability to log into our Netflix account on the room TV. It was convenient to have this option during our downtime, instead of continuously changing channels. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the hotel layout was easy and convenient. The hotel is located away from the busy Waikiki area, but still close to family-friendly activities. We also enjoyed the entertainment in the spacious foyer, with live music and the opportunity to learn hula dance and ukulele.

I recently stayed at a hotel next door to the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie for a few nights. The location was incredibly convenient, especially for exploring the center and the nearby BYU campus. The beds were extremely comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep after a long day of activities. While breakfast wasn't provided, having a McDonald's right next door made it easy to grab a quick bite in the morning. Despite not eating at the hotel, I appreciate that they offered bottled drinks to take along. The staff truly embodied the spirit of aloha, making our stay even more enjoyable. In addition, our room had a stunning view of the beach and access to a green path across the road. The modern and clean room, along with the delightful pool and spa area, further enhanced our overall experience. If I ever visit the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the fantastic location right across the street from the beach and all the North Shore attractions. Plus, the breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.

Although all was fine, it would be great if there was a bit more variety in the breakfast options.

Our New Year stay at this hotel was fantastic! the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel had a great pool area where we could relax and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful North Shore. Plus, the friendly staff at the front desk and the housekeeping team were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We were a bit disappointed with the quality of food and coffee from the hotel's cafe. the service at the cafe was also quite slow, which was a letdown.
