We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, from valet parking to the front desk, was incredibly helpful and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great view. The hotel is conveniently located near the casino and even has direct access to the outlet mall. We loved being able to explore the nearby attractions, such as Jackson Square and the art district, and the option to take a riverboat cruise.

The staff were incredibly helpful and provided me with a charger for my phone when I forgot mine. The hotel was super clean and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. They even quickly fixed a problem with the remote control. I will definitely be staying here again.

The location was great because it was right next door to the Ak Chin Pavillion where we attended a concert. The value for money was excellent, with basic amenities provided such as a refrigerator and a coffee maker with single cup servings. The fitness center and pool/spa facilities looked well maintained.
