I was impressed with the easy access to downtown Poughkeepsie and major thoroughfares. The lobby was spacious, well-lit, and welcoming. The staff at Courtyard Marriott in Poughkeepsie were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Another highlight was the ample free parking available.

We had a fantastic stay in a quiet area with a lovely view of the courtyard garden and easy access to shops and restaurants. The location was perfect for exploring Hudson Valley. The room was clean and cozy with a well-equipped bathroom. The service was top-notch with a friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. we were impressed with the facilities and appreciated the complimentary parking.

We did experience some confusion with billing that took a bit of time to resolve, but it did not detract from our enjoyable stay.

The front desk booked a suitable room on the first floor for us, near the pool. Clean and comfortable cribs were provided. The property, including the pool, was well-maintained. The front desk person was friendly and helpful, choosing our room wisely. Hot water was graciously provided for tea.

I had a great experience at Courtyard. The location was incredibly convenient, and the Starbucks cafe in the hotel was perfect for breakfast. The room had excellent control over the temperature and the blackout curtains were effective in blocking out light. I also appreciated the rollout desk/table, which allowed us to comfortably eat in the room. The refrigerator in the room was a definite plus, and the platform on the bed was a clever feature. The pillows and bed toppers provided good comfort, and there were plenty of outlets for charging our devices. The shower was also very enjoyable, with a comfortable design. I would highly recommend this hotel.
