For us, it was ideal.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the river side. The location is perfect, right on the marina with Columbia Park Trail for runners or biking. It was great to be able to explore the quiet neighborhood and enjoy the waterfront views. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located, allowing me to easily access everything within the Tri-Cities in just a short 15-minute drive.

Absolutely nothing.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is fantastic, right on the Columbia River in a quiet neighborhood. The views of the river and boating area are just beautiful. Secondly, the staff members were excellent. The front desk was always responsive and friendly, and the Bistro personnel went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were great, especially if you get upgraded to a balcony or suite. I loved the rooms with a pull-out couch, jetted tub, fireplace, and even a view. this hotel offers an excellent value for money with attention to detail.

No improvements needed - everything was perfect!

The hotel had a great location with beautiful views of the river and marina. the proximity to three excellent restaurants was a big plus. I also enjoyed the option to borrow bicycles and explore the trail along the river.

One of the negative aspects was the lack of complimentary breakfast, which is standard for Courtyard hotels. Additionally, some guests had issues with overcharge and delays in adjustments, causing inconvenience and extra expenses.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially Andrew at check-in. The room upgrade provided us with a cleaner, quieter space with a wonderful view of the river and nearby attractions. The location was perfect, with the riverwalk and restaurants just a short walk away.

Felt cozy, no complaints.

Incredible riverside location with easy access to boating and wine tasting. The personalized omelets and waffles at breakfast were a delicious treat. The friendly front desk staff made us feel right at home. The river cruise from the hotel's dock was a highlight of our stay. Just remember to keep your screens closed at night to keep the bugs out!

The coffee cups were made of paper instead of using real mugs. The bed was a little high, which was a bit challenging for a shorter person like myself.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Situated by the beautiful Columbia River, it provides a peaceful and scenic environment for guests to enjoy. The nearby walking path allows for leisurely strolls while taking in the stunning views and observing local wildlife. It's also conveniently located within a short drive of all the attractions in the Tri-Cities area.

As a business traveler, Courtyard was the perfect choice for my short stay. It offered all the necessary comforts without unnecessary extravagance. The rooms were comfortable, and the small pool had convenient late hours. The hotel's location near the freeway and the places I needed to visit was ideal. Despite arriving late, the friendly staff made check-in a breeze. I had a great night's sleep and enjoyed a lovely river view, even though my time at the hotel was brief.

the location was perfect. Being right on the river and near two excellent restaurants was fantastic, especially for a wine weekend getaway. The views were peaceful and majestic. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. From the quick check-in to the friendly and helpful attitude, I couldn't have asked for better service. The basic amenities in the room were great, and I appreciated having rooms adjoining to a room already occupied. this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Can't fault the property.
