great riverside spot right on the trail! staff here were super helpful, and the bistro meals were solid value. perfect for exploring local parks and wineries.

However, the noise levels are a real concern. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms—even basic activities like walking and showering. The air conditioning unit is also loud, preventing a good night's sleep. The gym is pretty small for a hotel, only featuring two treadmills and an elliptical. The room is missing USB outlets, which is a hassle for modern travelers. The towel quality could use improvement, with the hand towels feeling particularly cheap. Moreover, breakfast isn't included, and there's limited on-site dining, which could be a letdown for those wanting an easy start to their day.

The hotel had clean rooms, an awesome riverside view, and a nice bike path for strolls. I never had a dull moment during my stay!

the courtyard richland columbia point hotel was super clean and had spacious rooms with all the cool stuff u need. the staff was really friendly and helped me out when i needed help. loved the riverside view, especially in the mornings, and the bistro meals were pretty solid for light bites. there's a nice walking trail along the river which was awesome for strolls. it’s located close to food places and shops, kinda perfect for exploring.

the noise from nearby rooms was kinda annoying, and the gym area could really use more equipment.
