We had a great stay at the Courtyard in Rochester. The location was perfect for our needs, being close to malls and good restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bed that suited both my husband and me. The microwave and fridge in the room were very convenient. The pool and workout area were quiet and well-maintained. We also appreciated the helpful and attentive staff. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel room was clean and beautiful, and the staff was great. the shuttle service to and from the hospital was very convenient, and the hotel was located right across from the hospital. the fact that the hotel had a pool and hot tub was an added bonus that I enjoyed.

One downside was that the walls seemed a bit thin, as I could hear the neighbors quite clearly. It would have been nice to have the option to keep the fan on with the AC full time to drown out the noise.

LeAnn at the front desk was extremely accommodating, from helping us with an early check-in to being sweet and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The hotel itself was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The private balcony in our room was a great touch, reminding us of our vacations in Hawaii. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Mayo Clinic and within walking distance to a beautiful park and playground for kids. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were all highlights of our stay.

On the downside, there were a few issues that affected my stay. the room was not cleaned on the first day and I had to request housekeeping to come at 5:00 pm.

The complementary cookies and coffee were a sweet touch and made a great start to the day. the hotel's location near the hospital and restaurants was excellent and convenient for my needs. I also enjoyed the comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere.

The room was uncomfortably hot and we couldn't get the temperature to lower because the window only opened a tiny bit. the parking garage was confusing, and we accidentally walked into the wrong hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money with comfortable rooms and basic amenities. Its location makes it easy to get around - we were unable to get a cab but didn't need to as everything was close by including several nice restaurants. The staff were very helpful and attentive, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in the price. Our room with a balcony was in good condition and even had a "pull-out sofa" bed.

From the moment I called to arrange an early check-in, they were accommodating and friendly. LeAnn and the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and make us feel welcome. Lastly, our room had a balcony with a view, which was a lovely touch. It was great to relax outside and enjoy the scenery.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. I can't think of anything that could have been improved upon.
