Our stay at the Courtyard was fantastic. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room arrangement was perfect, especially with the separate bathroom area. The couch in the room was great for lounging. The staff, especially Maria, kept the room extremely clean. The valet man was extremely kind, helping me with my bags and always having my car ready. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the freeway, making it easy to get around. There are also restaurants and a Starbucks nearby. The hotel is in a safe location and the noise from airplanes flying overhead was minimal. The beds are comfy, the towels are fluffy and thick, and the wifi works well.

Despite the thin walls, I found my stay at Courtyard comfortable and pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the Bistro food was surprisingly delicious. Overall I recommend this hotel.

She anticipated my needs as a Bonvoy member and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. From providing me with a shopping bag to helping me with change for the laundry machine, Vanessa truly exceeded my expectations. Her attention to detail and pleasant demeanor made my experience even more enjoyable.

The location was ideal. The common areas in the lobby were cozy and great if you're traveling for work. The staff was very kind and professional. The wifi works well, beds are comfy and the rooms are very clean. I asked for a quieter room on my second stay and they accommodated my request. My service dog was allowed to stay and was treated well. Loved the complimentary ice bags, which were very helpful for our ice chest.

the housekeeping service was not up to par. They did not refill the complementary toiletries in the bathroom and the coffee and condiments were not replenished for two days.
