My husband and I recently stayed at Courtyard for a short weekend getaway. The bed and bathroom were top-notch - the bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower/bath was spotlessly clean. The room itself was cozy with all the necessary amenities, including a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. We also appreciated the convenience of the location, with great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the value for the price paid was excellent. The lobby area was nicely updated and the free weekend parking in the garage was a bonus.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard in downtown Wilmington for a weekend getaway. The check-in process was quick thanks to Joey, and the hotel runs on Windows 10. The snack bar was conveniently accessible, and the freshly vacuumed carpet was a nice touch. I give my stay a 5-star rating.

During my recent stay at Courtyard, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the modern decor. The fluffy pillows made for a comfortable night's sleep, and the TV worked perfectly. The location of the hotel was great, allowing me to easily explore the city on foot.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as the slow-draining tub and the lack of breakfast options, these did not detract from my overall positive experience. Additionally, I was initially unaware of the parking garage fee, but the staff handled it promptly and provided a discounted rate.

The location was perfect for us, as we were participating in a race that started and finished just minutes away. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and updated with amenities like a king-size bed and a pull-out chair for our child. We also enjoyed having access to HBO Go and being able to log into our streaming accounts on the TV. The hotel provided a porta crib for our toddler and offered complimentary drinks from their bistro. Breakfast from their Starbucks/bistro was included in our rate and was satisfying. a great choice for families.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance of some great restaurant choices and even the park where I enjoyed a beautiful and long trail walk along the riverfront.

Nothing it is perfect.

During my stay, I enjoyed exploring the nearby park with its beautiful trails and views of nature. The morning bistro breakfast was very satisfying, and the location of the hotel was great, offering easy access to a variety of local restaurants. The room and bathroom were both clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

There wasn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, so I had to venture out further for entertainment options.

Clean room and friendly staff. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room appeared to be recently renovated. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being on the edge of downtown. I was able to walk to a nearby craft festival in the park, as well as a nice Japanese restaurant. The hotel was also easily accessible from the Amtrak station, just a short Uber ride away.

Thin walls and noisy windows. One downside of the hotel was that the walls were quite thin, as I could hear the conversations of the guests in the adjacent room.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of town and I was pleasantly surprised by the delightful experience. the room was impeccably clean and offered plenty of space, just as one would expect from a reputable hotel chain. The staff at check-in were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel instantly welcomed. Moreover, the location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of some fantastic restaurant options, allowing me to explore the vibrant neighborhood and enjoy the best cuisine the city has to offer.

As for improvements, there was nothing that stood out as needing attention. The entire experience was simply wonderful.
