This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect for our family vacation, being so close to Diamond plex fields and right on the lake. It made exploring the area a breeze. Secondly, the service and staff were top-notch. From the seamless check-in to the friendly and hospitable employees, we felt well taken care of. And let's not forget about the basic amenities and rooms with sofa beds - they were cozy, clean, and perfect for our needs. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered a great selection to start our day right. We truly had a fantastic stay at this hotel.

I was disappointed to find out that housekeeping would not be coming in the following day to refresh towels or take out the trash. It would have been helpful to have been informed about this beforehand.
