The shower in the room was one of the best I've experienced. The water flow was fast and the water pressure was strong, making for a refreshing shower experience. The location of the hotel was great for my business trip, as it was within close proximity to the meetings I needed to attend. The service provided by the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room doors were extremely loud when they closed, causing a disruption in my sleep. It was difficult to stay asleep when there were guests constantly opening and closing their doors.

Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the consistently friendly and helpful staff. Finally, the location was ideal, being close to the Chicago Botanic Gardens and offering easy access to both the Deerfield area and downtown Chicago. I also appreciated the fact that the rooms were well-equipped with enough towels for three guests, and the option to enjoy a complimentary breakfast made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel had a convenient washer and dryer setup, which was a bonus for guests who needed to do laundry during their stay. The gym was also decent, offering enough equipment for a good workout.

Great complementary coffee and tea! Parking is also included, which is a big plus. the hotel location was perfect for my needs and I really enjoy the clean and modern room decor.
