The hotel had an excellent location, just a block off a major avenue. The prices were affordable, especially considering the prime location. The staff were friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond when we had an issue with our key cards. The rooms were clean and spacious, and our requests for room type and location were always granted.

The pool was out of service during our stay and this was not communicated to us beforehand. , there was occasionally a wait for the elevators, which was a bit annoying.

We loved the hotel's location in the midst of everything. It was within walking distance to just about everything in this city's downtown area. The staff was stellar - they were helpful with directions, grabbing a cab, and providing info on bus/train pickups. The rooms were clean and had a nice view of the lit up buildings at night.

Had a great weekend stay in the heart of the city. Located steps away from top-notch restaurants and shopping, it was easy to experience everything the area has to offer. Two complementary facts made the stay even more enjoyable, and the pool was perfect for a quick kids’ splash.

Parking was steep, costing $55 a day. elevators were crowded and noisy due to a convention with kids, which made it difficult to get to the upper floors.
