A very comfortable and pleasant stay! The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, providing a walk-in shower for my injured knee. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had thoughtful amenities like a movable desk. The location was convenient and the overall experience was great. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area, surrounded by many stores and restaurants. The St Charles steak house is just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. The breakfast at the Bistro restaurant is amazing, with made-to-order dishes like scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash browns. There is also a beautiful courtyard and gazebo where you can enjoy your meals.

The only drawback was the aging facilities, which could use some upgrades.

On the day of check, out, there was a mix, up with the customer service. the staff member at the front desk appeared to have an attitude and made condescending remarks about the low rate I had received.
