I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and the bathroom was well-stocked with fresh towels and washcloths. The bedspreads were light and smelled fresh, not heavy and unpleasant. The AC worked perfectly, allowing me to sleep in a comfortably cool room. The hotel itself is beautiful, even better than it looks online. The staff, especially the bartender Juan, did a great job, despite the hotel being busy with two weddings and a large party. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. The hotel's location is convenient, close to everything in the immediate area, including Paradise Bakery for breakfast or lunch.

The gym is excellent. The weights area is amazing. I particularly like the equipment. The noiseless treadmills and ellipticals are a game-changer. we had a great stay and we plan to stay here again in the future.

This hotel is a great value for money with attention to detail. I loved the location right next to the convention center and close to everything I wanted in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious with a balcony. I also appreciated the option of a fold-out sofa bed for the kids to sleep on.

The bathroom in our room was outdated and could use an update. the water pressure in the shower was low, and it would be great if it had a hand-held option.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids, thanks to the fold-out sofa bed in the room that my little ones absolutely loved. Additionally, the location is unbeatable, right in the center of all the shops and restaurants. We were able to walk to everything we needed, including the event center where our daughter was competing. The staff was also very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for 100% comfort.

the location is perfect as it is close to everything you would want, including restaurants and the event center. I especially loved being able to walk to paradise bakery for breakfast or lunch. Secondly, the staff were excellent and provided top-notch service. They were attentive and paid great attention to detail, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and I appreciated having a fold-out sofa bed for the kids to sleep on. The fact that I could adjust the air con in January was a pleasant surprise, and having a balcony added to the overall comfort of the room.
