I recently stayed at the Courtyard hotel for a family wedding and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially the guest service manager Andrea Zurita, went above and beyond to assist me with a checkout issue. Despite other guests checking out, Andrea was able to multitask and ensure everyone's needs were met. The courtyard/pool area was a great spot for our pre-wedding dinner around the fire, and the comfortable beds and large TV in the room were a bonus. The hotel is also conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.

Additionally, the location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to Florida Gulf Coast College and the airport, making transportation easy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making my experience even better.

During my recent stay at Courtyard, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by Willie at the cafe. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay, and his accommodating nature was truly appreciated.

The hotel had a mini fridge in the room, which was convenient for storing drinks and snacks. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and provided a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants, Florida Gulf Coast College, and the I-75 highway. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who provided great recommendations and made our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel fell short in a few areas. the price was outrageous and completely unacceptable for what they offered.

The location of the hotel was great as it was conveniently close to the airport, which made it easy for us to fill the rental car before heading back. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants in the area, providing ample dining options for us.

The hotel lacked in some areas, such as the cleanliness of the rooms and the unhelpful front desk staff.

The jacuzzi bath at Courtyard was absolutely amazing. The luxurious Paul Mitchell products provided a touch of indulgence. The comfortable beds and pillows ensured a restful night's sleep. it was a delightful stay.

We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was quiet and peaceful throughout our entire stay, making it easy to relax and unwind. We didn't experience any of the noise and disturbance mentioned in other reviews.

The two complementary muffins were delicious and the pool area was well-maintained with plenty of seating. The location is near several restaurants and stores, making it convenient for grabbing last-minute Thanksgiving meal supplies.

The room smelled like chemicals and the uncomfortable bed left us with sore backs in the morning. The website description was misleading as the room was missing the sofa advertised.
