I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard in Houston. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, especially when an incident occurred. The location was convenient with many food options nearby. The room was clean and the workout room had a variety of equipment. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. I was able to get a great night's sleep and wake up refreshed. It made my stay at Courtyard truly enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The rooms at this hotel are spacious and the housekeeping is superb. the buffet breakfast spread may not have many choices, but the limited choices are all very good. the staff, both in the restaurant and other hotel employees, are very friendly and helpful. One advantage is that the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which is great to avoid expensive taxi charges. Additionally, they also provide a shuttle to a nearby Walmart.

My experience at this hotel was not very positive. the room was not ready at check-in time, and there were no options for room service.

The hotel is conveniently located in an upscale suburb, within walking distance of many other restaurants and stores. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The staff is professional, engaging, and helpful. The lobby has a modern and nice design, and there is a gym and pool available for guests to use.

The walls and ceilings/floors of the hotel seem to be thin, as noise from adjacent rooms can be heard.

The hotel had great complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi during my Easter stay. It was conveniently located close to several businesses and shops. I also really enjoyed the 24-hour fitness center.

The walls were very thin and I could hear noise from the surrounding rooms. the beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were too soft for my liking.
