Room shower issues, with a malfunctioning spout and poor water pressure!!! Inadequate housekeeping with restricted service, leading to limited fresh towels!!! The noisy bathroom fan and lack of body lotion didn't help the experience!!!

Had a grand stay, the staff were absolute gems, checking in on me every time I passed through the lobby. The lemon water was a nice, refreshing touch. Only downside was the AC unit being a bit loud but not a complete bother. Overall, mighty good experience!

The room was clean and well-appointed, but I encountered some issues with the breakfast that was included in my stay. the morning staff seemed unhelpful. Despite that, I appreciated the effort from one of the employees who ensured I got something to eat. Overall, it was a decent stay, though there is room for improvement, especially regarding meal service. Great for short trips.

Request extra towels upon arrival to avoid delays later, as housekeeping may only clean every other day.

the location is excellent for business, easy access to the city. the pool area was dirty and uninviting.

The lobby was clean and welcoming, and I really appreciated the lemon water available. However, I did notice a bit of mildew in my room, which took away from the overall freshness.

Staff provided extra towels quickly on request.

Chur, I felt the staff were a bit disconnected, and my TV wasn't working well, but the location was super handy and the vibe was nice.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the Houston Zoo and even checked out an event at the Toyota Center. The staff were super friendly, and there’s a cool shopping mall just a short walk away. Don't miss the breakfast bar, it was a hit!

However, the air conditioning unit in our room was a bit noisy, which occasionally bothered our sleep.
