The staff was friendly and efficient in changing my room quickly. The hotel's close proximity to the hospital made transportation via Lyft/Uber affordable. The lobby was very clean with refreshing lemon water available. The room was cozy, comfortable, and at a great price. It easily accommodated my family of five, including a pull-out couch. Excellent location near popular college bars with prompt Uber pickups. Conveniently located near Hermann Park, with a beautiful and clean room. Ample parking right by the front door. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Our king room with a sofa sleeper was spacious and overlooked the pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed a restful night's sleep. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious, and the price of our room was unbeatable. Our family of five fit comfortably, and everyone left happy!

Nothing not too like.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and fresh updates to the hotel's lobby, hallways, and rooms. The new furniture and contemporary color scheme made the whole atmosphere more inviting. The addition of tea tree shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers showed their commitment to being environmentally responsible. The friendly staff and convenient location were also major highlights.

While the renovations were impressive, some areas were still outdated, like the bathroom fixtures and certain furniture pieces. The lack of a cartoon channel on TV was a disappointment for my kids.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was made to order and was very very good.

The bed and carpet definitely need replacing. the pillows looked so old and dirty that I couldn’t even lay down on the bed.
