Always return here for good reason. Staff found my lost necklace once. Perfect place with Wi, Fi, car park, luggage storage, 24. Enjoy bar, restaurant, pool, fitness center. Laundry service, business center, express check, in/out. Great for cycling, sunbathing. Kids' menu too. No pets, AC, no smoking. Returning for Christmas!.

I had an awesome stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything nearby and easy to get to. The bed and couch were super comfortable, and the TV had tons of options including HBO, Showtime, and Netflix. The fitness area was really cool, and my favorite thing was the walk-in shower. It was modern and clean, and the overall value was amazing. The hotel had a fresh smell, like a brand new building, and the rooms were efficient yet comfortable. The staff was professional and the rooms and public areas were very clean. I loved the lighting options and multiple charging stations in the room.

Felt like royalty, no complaints at all.

The rooms at Courtyard Kansas City were incredibly clean and fresh, with a modern and inviting decor. I was blown away by the pleasant smell that greeted me when I walked in – it felt like a brand new building. The multiple charging stations in the room made it convenient to keep all my devices powered up. The walk-in shower was a highlight, providing a luxurious and refreshing experience.

It would also have been nice if the pool was open, especially since there was a baseball team staying at the hotel. Instead, they had to make do with playing wiffleball in the parking lot.

The fresh and modern look of the place was amazing, and I could smell the rigorous scrubbing that has taken place. the hotel was conveniently located near some great restaurants and softball complexes, which was a major plus. On top of that, the rooms were both pretty and efficient, making for a comfortable stay.

While it wasn't a big deal, I wish I had been told during check-in that housekeeping wasn't coming unless I requested it. I also wish that the hotel pool was open, as it would have been nice to cool off during my visit.
