I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. Despite not being a luxury establishment, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and accommodations provided. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the clean and modern rooms with separate bedrooms and great views, to the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The hotel's location in the Haymarket area was incredibly convenient, with a variety of awesome restaurants nearby offering delicious menu items. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring downtown. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, despite being in the heart of the city. The comfortable beds and excellent room amenities made for a relaxing stay.

On the negative side, the parking situation was a bit confusing. We weren't informed that parking was across the street and had to figure it out ourselves.

I recently stayed at Courtyard Downtown for a weekend getaway. The staff truly stood out with their warm and friendly demeanor. Despite being downtown, the rooms were peaceful, the beds were excellent, and the amenities were top-notch. The on-site food options, although limited in number, offered a good range of choices and every meal I had was superb.

Great Hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 14, 13, and 4-year-olds. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a spotless shower, something many hotels struggle with. It was pleasantly quiet, no noisy neighbors or slamming doors. The hotel's location within walking distance of the Lincoln's Children Museum and downtown activities was a bonus. Our room had a fantastic view, which our 4-year-old loved, especially the trains and lights. It's definitely a hotel we would recommend, and we'll be back soon.
