We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard! the staff was incredibly friendly and the location couldn't have been better. Our room had a beautiful view of the Queen Mary ship and was well-equipped with plenty of plugs for our devices. the minimal carpet and great furnishings added a touch of elegance, and the bathroom was excellent. it was a great experience.

They provided excellent suggestions for things to do and restaurants in the area. the hotel was located in a beautiful part of town, and everything was clean and well-maintained. the level of customer service was exceptional, from check-in to housekeeping.

We had a blast exploring the nearby Aquarium of the Pacific, where we marveled at beautiful marine creatures and learned so much. It was such a treat for the whole family!

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly amenities.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the beach just a 5-minute walk away. Perfect for morning runs and close to supermarkets, shopping, and transit center. Plenty of cafes and eateries serving a variety of cuisine. The hotel facilities, including the pool area and restaurant, met all our expectations. Laundry facilities and a clean area for smokers were also provided. highly recommend for adventure travelers.

The beds were super comfy, and the complimentary Starbucks Coffee in our room was just an awesome plus. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The restaurant inside the hotel had the best food I think I've ever had! My friends and I will always stay here when we come to Long Beach!

One downside of our stay was the gas smell outside our balcony. Despite notifying the front desk, no one came to address the issue.

The staff was incredibly helpful when we asked if they could hold our bags until check-in. We were pleasantly surprised when they comped our parking to make up for the inconvenience. The rooms were updated, clean, and had a great view from the window. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - right in the midst of everything. It was just a short walk away from the event we were attending, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. And let me tell you about the view from our room! We had a great view of the Queen Mary ship, which was truly incredible. The rooms were recently renovated and very clean, with comfy beds and modern amenities. Plus, the staff were friendly and the breakfast included was a nice bonus.

Located in a convenient area with many restaurants nearby for a late supper. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The hotel has great facilities, including a fitness center and pool. The Alamitos beach is within walking distance and offers fantastic views and a relaxing atmosphere.

One negative aspect is that the front desk staff could use more training in handling customer complaints, as one reviewer had a bad experience with double billing.
