The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. From Shelia who greeted me after my long drive, to Nicole who provided excellent service at the bistro, and the college student, Alexa, who had a nice conversation with me upon check-out. Their friendliness made my days brighter and started my long drive back on a positive note.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with clean bedding and enough towels in the bathroom. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and the highway. Additionally, there was a Starbucks at the hotel, which was a great perk for breakfast and dinner.

Several disappointments during my stay include the lack of a hot tub and pool, despite them being advertised as operational. The lobby area was constantly flooded, with wet floors, and there was a horrible moldy smell throughout the rest of the hotel.

The hotel met my expectations and more. Complimentary breakfasts and dinners were an excellent touch and helped save money. the location was convenient and close to local attractions.

The hotel amenities were outdated and could use some renovation. the gym was small and lacking equipment.
