We had a spacious and comfortable room with two queen beds. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. The lobby was recently updated and looked very nice. Although the breakfast lacked variety, our room was clean and the employees were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The best part of my stay was the 24-hour fitness center and the pool open till 11. It was great to have the option to exercise whenever I wanted and take a refreshing swim. the location was also convenient, with key attractions and amenities nearby. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay enjoyable.

The worst aspect of my stay was when my room flooded due to a plumbing issue. Some of my belongings got wet, including my clothes and phone.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, being close to everything including the airport, popular malls, and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a good area that offered a great price and was located in a nice neighbourhood. The lobby and room were beautiful, and the bed was comfortable enough that we could walk upright the next day. Also, the bathroom was reasonably-sized, and the linens were clean. Additionally, the air conditioner worked well, and there were great facilities in the room such as a microwave and a fridge.

One downside of our stay was the noisy people coming in late, which woke us up.

My recent stay at Sonesta was fabulous. The newly renovated room was very nice, with modern decor and comfortable furnishings. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, quick to address any of my requests. Despite a minor issue with the sofa bed, the rest of the room was clean and well-maintained. The included breakfast was delicious and made to order, definitely a highlight of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its renovations and friendly staff.

One specific situation I experienced was having a flooded room due to a toilet malfunction. However, the staff quickly switched rooms for me and apologized for the inconvenience.

The hotel was very well operated with friendly staff and good food. the location was convenient with a large mall and many shopping and restaurant options nearby.

The air conditioner was on full blast at 60 degrees, which was too cold for my liking. the hallway and outside area were also below 60 degrees, which wasn't coordinated with the weather.

Friendly and accommodating staff who honor booked prices even with a reservation mix-up. Enjoyed the beautiful garden courtyard and the cozy couch in the king suite.
