The rooftop bar at Courtyard had an amazing view of the city skyline, especially the Empire State Building. The drinks were a bit pricey, but it was definitely a fun experience. The location of the hotel in midtown Manhattan was excellent for exploring all the famous sights of the city. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was right next to a subway station, which made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. We were able to easily get to Times Square and other attractions within a short walk. The hotel facilities were excellent - everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, there were plenty of food options nearby, so finding something to eat was never a problem. this hotel offered great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

I was impressed to see the hotel security upon entry. The subway was just a step away from the hotel which saved a lot of time. The staff was very friendly and always greeted us warmly. The room was modern and clean, and the breakfast was decent. I recommend this hotel.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly nice and fun to interact with. They were very helpful and went out of their way to make our trip memorable. the location of the hotel was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. Additionally, there was a subway station right nearby, making it very convenient for getting around the city.

The food had limited choices and was inedible. Furthermore, the room was not ready when we checked in, even though it was already late in the afternoon.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and the room exceeded our expectations. The view from the room overlooking 6th avenue was breathtaking and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location in the center of everything made exploring the city a breeze, and the subway being a few seconds away was incredibly convenient. The staff, especially Michael at the front desk, went above and beyond, taking the time to show us how to navigate the subway and get a metro card.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

Best aspects would be the convenient location and comfortable beds. the hotel is perfectly situated near major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. the beds were cozy and provided a good night's sleep.

Worst aspects include the outdated and cramped rooms. the rooms were small and in need of renovation, with chipped and cracked furniture.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, just steps from some great restaurants near Times Square. Plus, it was right on herald square which was a great location to explore the centre of this busy place. The room amenities, including ironing facilities and air conditioning, made for a very comfortable stay. We also appreciated the free toiletries and flat-screen TV in the room. The staff, from the managers to the bar/restaurant staff, were all very friendly and accommodating.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with amazing views of the Empire State Building and Macey's right outside my window on the 17th floor. The bell hops were incredibly friendly and gave clear directions for exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and had great facilities. Despite the rooftop bar playing loud music until after midnight, the breathtaking views made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and convenient location.

During my recent stay at Courtyard, I was impressed with the convenient location. There were numerous restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a delicious meal. The staff at the luggage storage area were incredibly helpful, ensuring the safety of our belongings and even assisting us with airport arrangements.

Great location, across from Macy's and 5 minutes to ESB. Helpful staff, especially Michael the bellman. Rooftop bar with ESB view is a must-visit. Clean rooms with fridges and ice machines on alternate floors. Good pizza delivery on last night. Highly recommended!
