The staff was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to my surgery appointment at Novato CH. Although they don't offer room service, they went out of their way to assist me. The location was convenient for accessing the 101 N. I'll recommend this hotel.

The location was convenient, with easy access to the 101. We enjoyed walking to the nearby Safeway in the morning for a Starbucks coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting the San Francisco area.
