The staff, especially Josh at the front desk and Julian the valet, were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-maintained pool and a Starbucks downstairs. The location was conveniently close to many Pittsburgh attractions, including restaurants in Shadyside and the Market district, which was only 2 blocks away for food.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering an early check-in when we arrived early. The bed was extremely comfortable, the TV channels were excellent, and the staff was responsive and helpful. The view from the window at dawn was amazing, and the hotel's location was perfect for our needs.
